This is a video of the outlining before the painting on photoshop (Using Vector Paths). This took about 3 hours to do so I decided to make a separate video for the outlining and put it up to 38x otherwise it would be too long together.
So anyway, if you haven't already, I suggest checking out the game Titanfall for Xbox One or Xbox 360; it's really amazing.

Anyway, this is a drawing of the character Jeff the Killer. I understand his skin is meant to be whiter, eye-balls themselves arent black, but this is my own take on him :)
