TISS ODCL Now Accepting CAT 2024 Scores for the 2025-27 Batch!

The Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL) at TISS is a unique self-financed program for those aiming to become leaders in organizational change. Here are the key details for this year’s admission process:

Program Details:

Degree: Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership

Duration: Self-financed program for the 2025-27 batch

Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (minimum 15 years of formal education) from a UGC-recognized university. Candidates in 3-year programs must have cleared all subjects up to the 4th semester, while those in 4-year programs must have completed up to the 6th semester.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years (24 months) of full-time work experience post-graduation as of May 1, 2025. Proof of work experience, including certificates and other documentation, is required.


Selection Process:

CAT 2024 Score Weightage: 95%

Gender Diversity Bonus: 5 marks for female and transgender applicants

Minimum CAT Percentile: Required for shortlisting for the online assessment
