Official Rules:
CONTEST/Giveaway ENDS ON December 17th
1. be subscriber
2. 18 or older,(if under 18, have parent permission)
3. for the two elf palettes comment below which one you want
4. one entry per person
5. for the 24k gold palette, create a gold look for the holiday and post it as a video response titled (Nancyvlp gold contest entry)could be tutorial or slideshow of the final look keep it under 5 minutes if its a tutorial
6. also one entry per person.
If you are doing the video portion of the giveaway. you can still enter the comment portion as well.
Open INTERNATIONALLY
