In phase 1, after a duping bug ran rampant across a few servers, Steven and Intrepid deleted characters on over 100 accounts.

With what looks like exploiting of leveling on mobs AND guild wars around Christmas, what will happen this time? Obviously we do not know the full story as to what happened here, but according to Steven, we will know the results in the next few days.
