In todays video I will giving you some tips and tricks how to use pan pastels to create a background and how to get your sketch over top of them once the y our down. I will also be using pastel pencils for finishing touches with the background.

Supplies Used:
PastelMat (any color is ok, but not too dark or the orange pumpkin won't pop too much)
Sofft tools (sponges to use with the pan pastels)
Pan pastels (I use the basic 20 set and mix the colors I need)
carbothello pastel pencils
faber castell pitt pastel pencils
masking tape if you want to tape your paper down
Glassine paper (no smudge paper, you can use a clean piece of paper if needed)
