What does the Bible say about meditating on scriptures? We look at the biblical definition of meditation and how to meditate on the scriptures. Based on Psalm 1. I also share a method of meditation I was taught which changed the way I read the Bible. And encourage you guys to try this method of meditating on the Bible.
