Over the years, I've struggled with scalp problems. Here are some of the most helpful tips I've gotten from different specialists who have helped me restore my scalp and hair to a much stronger and healthier place. The best part is that these tips are not prescription related, but just simple and reasonable changes we can make which can bring in healing and big results.
I cover treatments from inside out and the practical switches I've made in styling my hair and tools etc. Because, my hair type doesn't quite allow me to go without heat styling and I still process my hair. As with all skincare, there are better ways to do it so we can have it all!
