Playing the Coiled Captors DLC on Difficulty 4. Per the Borderlands wiki:
Chums can release an arc of electricity from his mouth and do an electric slam attack. He also has the same moves from difficulty 1, 2, and 3. Once his yellow health bar is depleted, he will go on top of the big tornado to start his 2nd phase. He will release more tornados and deal electrical damage as well as shooting shark at Fatemakers.
