I was just happily going past a station when a secret unlocked.
So I decided to try and get the other two secrets I was missing.
I got one and one doesn't work on the PC version.
I also investigated which three photographs I was missing and if it was possible to get them.
I started the mobile version so I could check if the same secrets worked there, and how the gameplay and content differed.
