It is a miracle, the developers have updated the game and fixed the problem where you could not progress any further. I was preparing one last episode with all stations upgraded, and just before I could finish an unexpected update was released. There are new cars, some changes, bug fixes and some regions previously unlocked that are now locked, but most importantly I can continue.
