This is worlds fastest seamless 8x8 piston door! Its almost 4 times as fast as the fastest Ive found on YouTube! it opens in 12.5 seconds, thanks to the unique piston lay-out. The only bad thing about this door is that its very big. But who cares about that, really?

Today is the day! I broke my old record for the fastest 8x8 seamless piston door in Minecraft, and god, what a beauty it is! Apart from the fact that the size doesnt break my volume calculator, I managed to halve the opening time! This means that this beast opens in 6.15 seconds! The closing is unfortunately slower at 2.45 seconds, but that is still really fast for this layout!
Something you might notice is that the video qualtity is somewhat higher then previously. This has two reasons: firstly, I got myself some better editting software. Secondly, I got some very good tips and tricks from two awesome youtubers: KPkiller1671 and Dat Cookie Doe (NomNomCooky). I want to thank both of them for their support and give an extra shoutout to Dat Cookie Doe for making an awesome thumbnail for me!

NOTE: I updated the opening time in the title. Since this video was uploaded, the way we measure door speeds has seen a slight change, which increases times by 0.15s.
