Here's a tiny book made from ATC cards. I took blank playing cards and created a book using a Crop o dile hole puncher and some jump rings that I found in the jewelry making section of my local craft store.

You can take a bunch of ATC cards you've collected over time to make them into a little book, or you could start from scratch, making a tiny book using regular playing cards.
