Just a few weeks after publishing the smallest slimeless 5x5 door, I managed to make it a bit faster, which greatly improves the opening animation. Therefore I present you this video, in which I show you how to adjust the original! This isn't a full tutorial, so you'll need to follow the original tutorial first!

Hello everyone! Im back again with another redstone video, and this time I want to show you a 5x5 vault/funnel door I made, Its pretty compact at just 507 blocks of volume. The closing and opening animations are unfortunately not very pretty though, due to the redstone that makes the door work.

This is the fastest seamless 3x3 door in the current versions of the game. With an instant closing and an opening time of 0.3s its quite unbeatable.

UPDATE
Together with JayRS I updated this door so it no longer uses observers. That, along with a couple other minor changes, means it works in all versions all the way back to 1.5. Heres a couple world downloads for you:

Sacred and I teamed up and made this 4x4 together! Its not the smallest in the world, but its tiny for what it does! With and opening and closing time of just 0.45 seconds, this is a great door to have in your base. And with dimensions of just 4x10x12, it will fit almost everywhere. Thats why I give you this tutorial!
NOTE: I updated the opening time in the title. Since this video was uploaded, the way we measure door speeds has seen a slight change, which increases times by 0.15s.
