For patterns: 1/4-inch graph paper, Pencil, Ruler, Circle template or compass to draw a 3-inch circle, paper scissors, Index cards,
For face: One 1-inch wood ball knob, Woodburning Tool, Red Acrylic Paint, Bamboo Skewer, Brown fine-point permanent Marker, Cosmetic blush, Cotton Swab, Paper plate,
Christmas fabrics of your choice - I used two prints from the Tinsel Town Collection - Choose fabrics that have a nice contrast for best results,
Mid-weight fusible interfacing,
Paper-backed fusible web,
Iron, Ironing surface,
Sewing machine (Ideally one with decorative stitches!)
Thread to match fabrics,
Pinking Shears (optional,)
Polyester Fiberfill stuffing,
Quilting thread and a variety of hand-sewing needles,
Thimble (optional,)
Ribbon bow approximately 1-inch across (mine is from "La Petites" by The Paper Studio purchased at Hobby Lobby,)
Yarn for hair, One 4x6-inch index card,
20-gauge gold wire, wire cutters,
Red and white Baker's Twine,
Embellishment for hair (I used red berry pips,)
For wings: Scrapbook paper or cardstock, Die Cutting machine and a scalloped-circle die OR a compass and scalloping shears or pinking shears.
