Cabana is proud to bring DJ TIMMY REGISFORD this June 25th as a tribute party to the Paradise Garage, one of the most influential clubs to open up in New York, notable in the history of modern dance and pop music.
DJ Timmy Regisford is known for his flare and vivacity on the decks both technical and programming-wise earning his name "The Maestro". Regisford was the Vice President of A&R at Motown Records. Along with his A&R work for these labels he is credited in many remix projects with Patti LaBelle, Bobby Womack, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Diana Ross and Stevie Wonder. In 1996, Regisford became Vice President of A&R at Dreamworks Records. Timmy Regisford was also one of the founding people behind the Shelter parties in New York City, as well as the resident DJ.
