The game really tickles a strategic/tactical itch that many games have missed. Phantom Brigade makes the overworld feel actually fun and engaging as patrols on the map are the real reinforcements that might threaten you in a battle, but battles themselves are short and sweet, they don't drag on forever. Very good fun, keen to stream it.
