Strategy: In the first phase, focus on eliminating turrets, or simply rush in and use cover along the way. Usually you can slip past all the security by using the sniper's shield ability. Second phase just run to computers (Maybe clear some enemies) and just download the data. Just being fast and rushing is the best method for this challenge. It's the easiest one in my opinion. Your character seems to be tankier in this challenge than most others. The target to assassinate is usually on the right side in the 2nd or 3rd slot on the first or second floor. Pick up health and armor as you see it.
