I like the idea.
Initially I thought this was going to be one of these 'idiot' games where you have to follow rules but they try to trick you.
But I was sadly mistaken.
I played twice and tried both 'red' buttons (the only possibilities) and both were wrong!
It seems that you have to fail.
Then I spent ages trying to do the next puzzle but I neither failed nor passed!
