The system brews 27 potions per cycles and activates whenever the chests arent filled anymore, also you can add as much chest as you want verticaly.
Furthermore, the ingredients are configurable, the primary ingredient need to be put into the chest and the secondary ingredients needs to be selected with the redstone line.
For now it hasnt been tested with dragons breath, so there is no reasons for it to work.
A lot of delay was added to the nether wart hopper since the nether warts would sometimes come before the other ingredients. The nether warts needs to be the last ingredient since the system uses the nether warts in order to know when the potion is brewed.
