Here’s a pushup challenge that I stumbled across that consists of 10 pushups in sequence making up 1 single rep. Breaking it down, the sequence looks like this:

- Pushup to shoulder tap (R)
- Pushup to shoulder tap (L)
- Pushup to knee tap (R)
- Pushup to knee tap (L)
- Pushup to toe tap (R)
- Pushup to toe tap (L)
- Pushup reach back (R)
- Pushup reach back (L)
- Mike Tyson pushup
- Pushup to crawl back
- Squat to stand
