Time loop games have become a trend over the past few years: from Twelve Minutes, to Outer Wilds, to Deathloop. But the genre is by no means new! It predates Groundhog Day and goes all the way back to World War II. Still, there's a reason time loop stories keep coming back... looping, if you will.
