How to solve the Timberdale Gorge Ancient Ruins water puzzle in Crimson Desert with this quick walkthrough. Before you can power the ancient walls, you must find the hidden crack to drain the pit. This guide shows you the exact button sequences for the middle, right, and left walls to unlock the Abyss Artifact and a new fast travel point under Dewhaven.

_*Mini-Guide: Timberdale Gorge Ancient Ruins:*_
_*1. Find & Drain the Ruins:*_
- _Location:_ Look southwest of Delesyia, right under the letter "D" for Dewhaven on your map.
- _Drain the Water:_ You cannot do the puzzle while it is flooded. At the front wall of the pit, look for a crack in the wall. Use a *Turning Slash* (PC: Left Click + Right Click | Xbox: RB + RT | PS5: R1 + R2) to break the seal. The water will drain out slowly.
_*2. Required Skills:*_
To make the puzzle easier, use your spirit powers:
- _Axiom Force:_ (PC: TAB | Xbox: Hold LS (Left Stick) | PS5: Hold L3 (Left Stick)) Use this to aim at the buttons.
- _Force Current:_ (PC: Middle Mouse Button | Xbox: RS (Click Right Stick)| PS5: R3 (Click Right Stick)) Use this to push the buttons in. You can find this in the *Green Spirit Tree* in your skill menu.
_*3. The Button Sequences:*_
Connect the blue power lines by pressing the buttons in this specific order:
- _Middle Wall (2 Buttons):_ Press the far left button, then the far right button.
- _Right Wall (4 Buttons):_ Bottom left, Top right, Middle middle, Top left.
- _Left Wall (5 Buttons):_ Top left, 2nd from bottom left, 2nd from bottom right, Middle middle, Middle right.
