The Florida man convicted of viciously strangling two women has filed a lawsuit after being sentenced to death. Wade Wilson, known for his face tattoos, and another person are suing the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office. The lawsuit comes just weeks after Wilson was sent to death row, a conviction and sentence he is also appealing. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the latest in Wilson’s case.
