If you're someone who grew up playing the classic arcade game, Street Fighter 2, than you'll totally get where I'm coming from when I say the name of this cocktail reminded me of the eyepatch bad dude, Sagat. .50 oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Syrup
.50 oz (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice
2 oz (60 ml) Reposado Tequila
Shake and dirty dump into collins
Garnish w/orange wheel and mint sprig
