Golf icon Tiger Woods entered a no-contest plea Thursday in Martin County court to willful, wanton and reckless driving and refusing to submit to a urine test following a March rollover crash on Jupiter Island.
Woods was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and will have his driver’s license suspended for five years.
The case stems from a March 27 rollover crash on South Beach Road on Jupiter Island. Investigators say Woods attempted to pass a pickup truck towing a trailer, crossed double solid lines and hit the trailer, causing his Range Rover to roll onto its side.
Deputies later reported signs of possible impairment.
