The Tiger Fork — one of the most iconic farm-turned-weapon tools in Chinese martial arts!
In this video I take a look at its history, design, and how it feels to actually move with it.
I also try a quick improvised form and a light-contact sparring test using a safe(er) training version.
This is not a tutorial and I’m definitely not a Kung Fu master — just a guy who loves exploring cool weapons and trying them out in practice.
The training Tiger Fork used in the sparring has rubber balls on the tips for safety, and all contact was controlled.
