Everyone thought Tier 1 was just Hardcore with a new name, but its actually the sneaky return of Realism from MW2019! Well, its a mixture between Realism and Hardcore but its basically just Realism with lower max health.

Realism was my favorite mode in MW2019 but it struggles in MWII because of the record breaking potato servers, extremely aggressive SBMM and the absolute worst spawn system COD has ever had. Still great for camo challenges though!
