TIE Fighter is a classic space flight simulator by Lucasart and arguably the best Star Wars game ever made. It uses the iMUSE Interactive Music System which makes the inflight music change and adapt to the situation in the game in real time. Every main song in the game consist of 6 to 16 small segments that get played a bit randomly as the song progresses, creating a unique mix every time. Depending on if you are far from enemies or close to them. Or if you are dogfighting, or if you have a missile after you, etc., the music will change.
This is a recording of all the inflight music straight from the game. I have mixed the audio into one master track with all the variations and events that can happen. Each main theme in this mix plays twice but the second time it does, the order of the segments is different to show the variety the system allows. The "Panic" and "Victory" loops were punctuated by some of the event themes that can play to try and make it more interesting. The "Waiting" theme only plays once since by definition, it's kinda boring.
I always preferred the simplistic MIDI samples (4-OP FM Synthesis) I grew up with to the fancier orchestra-like sounds of the various remixes that I've seen pop up over the years. Those orchestra samples just don't feel right to me. They sit in the uncanny valley of MIDI samples in my opinion. For those who care about the particular hardware-based sound featured in this video, enjoy!

![Making Of Shampoo Happy Surprise [Animation]
I saved my animation project at various points during its making. Here are these milestones one after the other. So much work for only a 5 seconds scene.
Animation by me

There are 20 drawings of Shampoo in this animation, with various other extra elements like her eyes and mouth on separate cels in certain poses.
This is an animation of Shampoo being happily surprised to see her airen coming in to see her. Ive been wanting to make such an animation for a while. Here I really took my time with it, trying to make it as smooth as I can and I also spent some time to color the lines. It took me an entire evening just to color the lines but it was worth it in the end. It makes the whole thing less flat.
I spent a lot of time on this one. I hope you like it.
Many thanks to Waka for once again helping me with her voice.
