Since the major sandbox update of March 5, all primaries have been reeled back in somewhat in PvP, and bows in particular have taken a big hit. However, a recent quest took me on an adventure that made me realize how powerful Ticuu's Divination still is, despite the changes.
In this video, I'm using it with the Hunter exotic armor "Oathkeeper", which further improves bows, giving them an unlimited perfect draw time and airborne effectiveness. The kinetic weapons I use are "Eye of Sol" (Opening Shot, Snapshot Sights) and "Battle Scar" (Eye of the Storm, Perpetual Motion).
