ANDRA #ThrowbackThursday: This was a scary moment back in 1993 at Willowbank Raceway as the chutes on Jeff Burnett's Top Alcohol Altered failed sending him through the sand trap and the safety fence at high speed. Thankfully as you will see, he was okay!
