Back in the early DeviantArt days, the Fairly Oddparents fandom was booming. Long before Poof there was a variety of interpretations of Cosmo and Wanda's children. This particular FC stood out to me most because of her unique design, mainly her white hair. She was named after the castle in their fishtank. She belonged to the deviantartist CommanderD, who long since deactivated. I drew her from memory and in my style rather than FOP style
