Post Anniversary Era - 28th Moveset
The leader of the Foot Clan and the greatest foe of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has joined the fight after many years, and he's brought along all of his fighting styles and Dimension X technology to give him the winning edge he desires! Reunited with Krang after being revived from a past battle, he strikes back with a vengeance and gets back to his plans of world domination and total defeat over those blasted turtles!
Shredder had been planned for this ever since the Lawl Zero days (only Space Ghost and Wile E. Coyote are the only other current fighters to hold that distinction), and I felt like it was a good time to finally give him the moveset that had been planned for many years. I especially wanted to make this one special because of that special distinction, and I added some bits between him and Krang to match their dynamic on the show.
Progress on the update patch has been going by alright so far for those wondering about that.
