From the GreyWing Ensemble "Tokyo Sound Space Ark" concert on April 20, 2016, this is British-Australian composer Kevin Penkin's piece "Throughtones" for flute, harp, piano and percussion.
Kevin Penkin has been the composer for various popular anime series, such as Made in Abyss, The Rising of the Shield Hero, Tower of God, Eden, and Norn9. He also just recently (at the time of uploading this) scored one episode of the anime anthology series Star Wars: Visions titled "The Village Bride". His work is also dedicated to video games, such as 2018's "Florence", which was nominated at the 15th British Academy Game Awards for Best Music.
Even though this piece in particular is very different from the works of his everyone has heard (AKA his OST's lol), I personally really love his style, and considering he's such an up-and-coming star, I really think he will leave a landmark on the future on music for anime. Anime OST's I feel are completely overlooked by a lot of people, and I think it has produced some of the most gorgeous music for media out there. This clearly shows that he's quite versatile with concert music as well.

COMPOSER: Kevin Penkin
ENSEMBLE: GreyWing Ensemble (Kirsten Smith, flute; Catherine Ashley, harp; Aidan Boase, piano; Paul Tanner, percussion)

NOTE: This is a live performance!
