Throne and Liberty just introduced major stat changes… but something is seriously wrong.

In this video I go through the biggest bugs and issues after the latest update including stat caps seemingly being removed, healing caps not working properly, and why so many players are suddenly queuing as healers.

Is this intended? Or did the update completely break core systems?
