And I totally forgot in this video to mention that there is also an interesting commentary on art - art imitating life, or life imitating art - that we see both on the part of the filmmaker the main character befriends, and in the work of the main characters arch rival, Tara Jean Slater. Theres a lot to unpack in this book!!
