Transform a thrifted lantern into an amazing autumn statement piece using decorative moulds and richly layered Pentart finishes!

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how I gave an ordinary lantern a dramatic, timeworn makeover, complete with an incredible moulded manor house that brings mystery and architectural detail to the design. Layers of texture, dark paint, metallic highlights, and aged finishes create the look of an antique lantern discovered in a forgotten country estate.
