What if your next piece of garment fabric isn't at the fabric store at all?
In this thrift store "fabric" haul, I'm showing you some of my latest secondhand finds—including linen napkins, a jersey sheet set, a lace tablecloth, and more—and sharing exactly how I'm deciding what each one could become.
But we're going beyond just showing off the haul.
For each piece, I'll look at things like fiber content, stretch, drape, and the amount of usable fabric I have, then compare those characteristics to the suggested fabrics for the sewing patterns I'm considering.
Because finding something inexpensive at the thrift store is only a bargain if you can actually turn it into something you'll wear!
