In which, admidst some heavy memeing around, I show you how to transform a basic thrifted tee into a cute Brandy Melville-esque lettuce / ruffle hem crop top. This is a super simple method for sewing a lettuce hem with a sewing machine that you can apply to pretty much any shirt with some stretch!
