I struggled with deciding to make this video public. But I felt called to invite you all in to some moments of my real time/raw grief. Please know I did not post this for sympathy, although your kind words are very comforting, and I deeply thank you. I posted this because I want to normalize grief, in all of its forms, to let people know that grief is part of the human experience, it's healthy and sometimes sharing bits of your grief can be healing (for yourself and others). Communal grief is something many of us have lost and I'd like to invite it back into our hearts and into our lives. When we walk together it feels less painful. Thank you for walking with me. 🌹

Happy 87th birthday, Grandma Jean! 💕 May you peacefully drift into whatever comes after this. You are one of the strongest women I know. I love you. It’s okay to let go now. You are loved and well protected. Journey on, Earth Angel. 💫✨✨
