In this tutorial you will learn how to Create a Threshold Effect in Photoshop CC.
Using the Threshold command in Adobe Photoshop can create a neat one-color effect.
A full-color photo can be turned into a black outline. 

➡️ Open up a photo you’d like to use in Photoshop.
➡️ Using your choice of selection tools, remove the background of the image, leaving only the subject intact.
➡️ From adjustment layers menu choose Threshold. Here you can choose the threshold amount.
➡️ Drag the slider around till you achieve your desired result.
➕ At this point you can flatten the image and remove the white or the black color or paint them to the colors you desire.

You can use this technique to achieve quite a lot of interesting results!
