In this video I provide a walkthrough of steps and options available for carrying out multilevel modeling in SPSS when you have three levels. I pivot off an example and discussion by Hox et al. (2017) in their text, Hox, J.J., Moerbeek, M., & van de Shoot, R. (2017). Multilevel analysis: Techniques and applications (3rd ed). Routledge: New York. [taylorfrancis.com/books/mono/10.4324/9781315650982/multilevel-analysis-joop-hox-mirjam-moerbeek-rens-van-de-schoot]

The video presentation is not intended to be exhaustive of all aspects of multilevel analysis (or three-level models in particular). However, I do offer a general commentary throughout. Additional details with more complex discussion and interpretation is provided in the Supplemental Powerpoint I reference in the video.
