Every baseball offseason there are players baseball cards that are just below where you would expect them to be. Heading into the MLB season, you will usually see the baseball cards of most players move upwards as people are speculating on success. In this video I speculate on three players that could have their baseball card values increase in 2024 if they are able to have a full season and live up to their lofty expectations.
