As it's unpredictable when we arrive in Blackpool on Friday evening, due to traffic, we don’t like booking ahead and tonight we took our chances and visited the Three Piers Cookhouse on Talbot Road. It's beneath the Premier Inn and used to be the Yates. We managed to get there just in the nick of time, before they closed the kitchens. However, what was the food like?
