RFK MEDIA RELEASES THREE NEW SINGLES TO KICK OFF THE NEW YEAR
RFK Media hits the ground running in 2024 with multiple releases, projects, and artist signings, spearheaded by a trio of new singles from Ron Keel, THE FIFTH, and Crashing Wayward on January 5th.
THE FIFTH – “Starlight” (classic-style heavy arena rock)
RFK Media recording artist THE FIFTH are reaching for the skies with their first video of 2024. "Starlight" is a cinematic thrill ride on an epic scale, built upon a song infected with classic hooks, riffs, grooves and the powerful voice of frontman Roy Cathey (Cold Sweat). The band also features Justin Womble (guitar), Jake Tripp (bass,) and Gary "Zeus" Smith (drums).
The video was written and directed by Jaiden Frost, on location in the Haunted Forest at Panic Point, North Carolina. The song "Starlight" appears on the RFK Media release "Live The Rock," and this new remix - produced by Chris McLernon - will also be featured on the upcoming album from THE FIFTH "We Are One."

RON KEEL – “The Last Bottle On Earth” (classic rock/acoustic/country)
RFK Media artist Ron Keel has chosen the intimate personal ballad “The Last Bottle On Earth” as his first single of 2024. The new album KEELWORLD promises to combine Keel’s 80’s metal roots with melodic rock, southern rock, and this acoustic piece which he claims is “one of the best songs I’ve ever written.”
The album features many hard and heavy tracks recorded by the Ron Keel Band, Keel, and Steeler, but “The Last Bottle On Earth” is all Ron, alone with an acoustic guitar. It’s a format that he’s become extremely comfortable with the past twenty years, having toured the world as an acoustic artist, and he insists some songs are just better that way.

CRASHING WAYWARD – “Stranger Days” (modern rock/alternative)
RFK Media’s acclaimed alternative/modern rock artist CRASHING WAYWARD has won the prestigious “Best New Vegas Rock Band” award at the annual Vegas Rocks! Magazine Music Awards, in conjunction with the release of this new video and single from their debut album “LISTEN!”
