Welcome back! Today we’re going to talk about three new authors who are worth trying out. They’re all Indie authors who have written fantastic books. My goal is to convince you to try at least one of them.
Book 1: Alassian Born, about a magical boy who experiences a horrible tragedy at a young age. Now that he’s older, he must retrace his steps, face the demons of his past, and claim his magic in order to save his people. This is a beautiful story about grief and redemption, seen through the eyes of an unreliable child narrator.

Book 2: Tribe of the Accord, a Stone Age fantasy about a girl and her father who live separate from all other tribes. But when her father is kidnapped, this young girl must find another tribe to help her get him back. This is a prehistoric adventure story about wilderness survival and a found family. This indie book even has an indie game adaption in development!

Book 3: Please Don't Bring Your Greatsword Into My Office, an absurdist fantasy! After two dimensions collide, the workers of a corporate office in London must work alongside a whole bunch of fantasy creatures with their own weird cultures. But the office has come under attack. This is a fun genre mashup that’s like The Office, and Dnd, and Die Hard, all rolled into one.
