A dungeon party set up watch so they would earn some rest
the ranger spotted down the hall an unexpected guest
They donned their gear to fight, and so the stranger did confess:
"I am no evil doer, nor three kobolds in a trench coat"

The party's wizard fair and sharp, and ever filled with pride
Not a single soul on earth or heaven she'd confide

a puzzling dilema that their small minds couldn't wrap
they struggled and they bickered how to cross a massive gap

In the depths they made it to the evil demon's lair
the treasure was in sight although its guard did not fight fair
all hope was lost until the newest member heard their prayer
for such a beast was no match for three kobolds in a trench coat
