Created by Don the Beachcomber - this drink has stood the test of time and is delicious and complex in flavour

INGREDIENTS
1 oz / 30 ml rhum agricole
1 oz / 30 ml demerera rum
1/2 oz / 15 ml dry curacao
1/2 oz / 15 ml falernum
1/4 oz / 7.5 ml allspice dram
1 oz / 30 ml lime juice
1/2 oz / 15 ml honey syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
