Three people are facing criminal charges, accused of participating in a fraud scheme involving Tulsa Public Schools bond funds, according to Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond and Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler.
The suspects are former Tulsa Public Schools bond manager Chris Hudgins and Gayle Gwinup and Tom McKenna with Allied Engineering.
Prosecutors say the suspects are accused of stealing $779,317.91 from Tulsa Public Schools.
