Azim Khan Ronnie, 36, a freelance photographer from Dhaka, Bangladesh, captured these amazing pictures and videos in the Brahmanbaria District of Bangladesh where over ten thousand fish dry each day. Azim said: "Thousands of fish are painstakingly washed and sorted before being left to dry in the sun. The images were taken in the Brahmanbaria District of Bangladesh. "The drying process takes 4-5 days depending on how warm the weather is. They are sold for around £5 per kg. Dry Fish selling is a major industry. Bangladesh exports a huge quantity of dry fish every year, greatly contributing to the economy. "Millions of fish are beautifully arranged as they are laid out to dry in the heat of the sun. Workers clean, sort and lay out the different species of fish before the best are selected to be shipped off. "The small fishing village near Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh, produces more than £13million-worth of dried fish a year. About 17 species of dried fish are produced here."
