24 hours after floodwaters destroyed a relief center in Perry County, it's back open at a new location with replenished donations.
The old Roseville Middle School now has rooms full of every day items, clothing, and food. In the near future, it will also serve as an overnight shelter with resources for flood victims to receive legal guidance, cleaning help, and emotional support.
